All new clients are required to complete the New Client Intake and consent forms included in your appointment confirmation email at least 24 hours before your session.
Life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed — that’s understood.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please think of your appointment as you would a ticket to a scheduled event — the time is held regardless of attendance.
If I am able to fill your appointment time, the cancellation fee will be waived. You are welcome to offer your appointment to a friend or family member.
Please note that any replacement appointment must be booked under the attending person’s name, with their own client profile and completed intake forms. Appointments cannot be attended under another client’s account.
Out of respect for both my time and other clients, please plan to arrive on time.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full appointment fee applies.
To reserve your appointment, a credit card on file or prepayment is required. Your card will not be charged unless the Cancellation / No-Show Policy is not followed.
